Szeged Contemporary Dance Company starts the new season with a guest performance in Spain: the first show takes place at Municipal Parque Almansa Theatre in San Javier on the 22nd of August and then continues their trip to Mallorca to perform on Palma de Mallorca Theatre’s stage. They are bringing Carmina burana, Carl Orrf’s masterpiece choreographed by Tamás Juronics to both occasions. The piece highlights the imaginary barbarian community’s fear and joy while fighting for its own survival.
